Evolution Buys Livespins

Evolution, the company behind game like Lightning Roulette and Monopoly live announced in February 2024 that it had agreed to buy the business of Livespins, the B2B social streaming game provider that gives operators the tools to provide their players the chance of betting behind their favourite streamers, brand ambassadors and influencers.

The price? A total up-front cash sum of €5 million. Plus, Evolution will pay an earn-out based on Livespins’ 2026 results. The 2 partners expect to close the deal in 2024.

Livespins embeds into a casino lobby via API, allowing multiple players to place a bet to team up and “bet with” the streamer for a chance to win together. If the streamer wins, the players win too, in a shared experience.
