You can make 3 types of bet on Double Ball:

The Double Ball Exclusive bet: there is a 1,300 to 1 pay off if you bet on the Double Ball Exclusive and it comes in. Both balls must land in the selected number.
The live dealer starts the game with a button on a patented device on the wheel to spin the two balls, which head around the wheel in the same direction and at the same velocity, with the second ball just behind the first.
